Would you believe that I stood in the cold just for a burger? Well! you guessed right, I did stand in line, in the cold for a juicy burger from Shake Shack. I have been living under a rock for a few months and never knew about this place. So I thought, why not share my thoughts on this burger joint.
As you can tell, the place was packed and crowded when I arrived with my friend Mike. We only stood in line outside for a few moments before going in. At first glance, I fell in love with the interior design. I believe shake shack is owned by the same corporation that operates chipotle. The industrial theme of the establishment had the same look and feel of the Chipotle food eatery. I was very impressed with how quick we received our food. There is usually a wait for those sorts of things, but here it was not.
After receiving our order, we found seats in the middle and begun to dive into the juiciness. If one had to say, this was like eating burger king, but butter. The burgers were good ( in my opinion, others may differ). They had a lot of moisture, which was great because places like this tend to have dry meat. The presentation of the food alone was amazing. It was not tossed and thrown together like some other places I know ( will not shame them lol ). The fries were cooked just right and did not get cold halfway through my meal. The shake was divine! The consistency was thick and not watery or chunky! If I had the time I would have gotten a second one.
Overall, the Shake Shack was a success! I would definitely go there for a quick bite to eat over Five Guys any day. Great customer and food service. If you are in the Baltimore City area, head on down to the Shake Shack for something delight.
